We're not here to sell your data. We're here to help you not shit the bed. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what happens to it.

What We Collect

Job descriptions — the text you paste into the app
Resume data — uploaded or pasted resume content
Interview audio — processed in real-time for speech-to-text; we do not store raw audio recordings
Interview transcripts — the text version of your interview conversation
Scores and feedback — your interview results and AI-generated recommendations
Email address — when you create an account or sign up for the newsletter
Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers

How We Use It

We use your data to conduct AI-powered interview practice sessions, generate scoring and feedback, improve the service, and send you our newsletter (if you subscribed). That's it. No selling, no shady third-party data brokering.

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to make the app work. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:

Clerk — authentication and account management
Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — data storage (cloud PostgreSQL)
Deepgram — speech-to-text processing
OpenAI — AI responses and text-to-speech
Anthropic — AI scoring and analysis

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (cloud PostgreSQL). We retain interview data to enable history and comparison features so you can track your improvement over time. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us through the contact page.

Cookies

Clerk uses cookies for authentication. We use localStorage for session state. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any of that nonsense.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or request its deletion at any time via our contact page. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last updated.
